Type 1: Give credit

All music available in this site for download through the search database or the full list, except where explicitly stated, is under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license (commonly referred as CC BY 3.0) with the following additional limitations:

• You can not sell or distribute for free these pieces of music 'as is' as a part of a collection or bundle, whether this product is part of a music pack, sound pack, texture pack, software pack, or other similar material; whether as physical copies and/or digital ones. Software that use our pieces as an integral part of their normal operation (i.e. video games, educational software, etc) are not included in this category.
• You can not sell or distribute for free these pieces of music 'as is' in a website that would directly or indirectly compete with us (i.e. mirrors, uploading to Soundcloud, Last.fm, Bandcamp, iTunes store, etc) unless the piece has gone thorough modification or remix, while still in compliance with CC BY 3.0 terms.

Credit examples

If the piece wasn't modified, you can do something like this:

Title Horacio M. Goldberg (www.yosoygames.com.ar/royalty-free)

Where 'Title' is the actual name of the theme! If many music pieces where used, you can just credit:

Music by Horacio M. Goldberg (www.yosoygames.com.ar/royalty-free)

If the piece was modified or this is a derivative, you can do:

Contains modified/remixed/custom arrangements music made by John Doe. Original theme 'Title' by Horacio M. Goldberg (www.yosoygames.com.ar/royalty-free)

Type 2: Without credit

If you can't give credit (i.e. TV, Radio station, commercial shorts, etc.) or the requirements of the above license are too strict for your needs, contact us with subject "Licensing Type 2" for custom licensing terms.
